I have nothing but love for Salpicon!! As far I know, it's the Good Mexican Eaterie in Chicago IL. I've attempted so many eateries for good Mexican foods, but am not satisfied at all, and then I went to Salpicon, OMG!!! It is the Good Mexican Restaurant in Chicago IL.
The service is first-class and I don't think it is just because we are regulars. Upon arrival, you are sometimes welcomed by one of the proprietors - Priscilla ( cook ) or Vincent ( wine director ) - which are a very nice
