As students and professionals, we often neglect the importance of eating healthy food. After school and work, we are exhausted and hungry, so we make excuses not to prepare healthy food like fruit and vegetables, food rich in protein, and dairy, among others. We just open the fridge and look for something available to consume like pizzas, junk food, soda, and more.
