Grilled Chipotle Chicken Cheese Avocado Sandwich

Another amazing sandwich hot off the grill. Fresh garlic and chipotle peppers in Adobo sauce highlight this chicken breast sandwich, served on hard hero or submarine sandwich rolls. This great summer style sandwich is further enhanced with the addition of fajita seasoning, and is topped with melted Monterrey Jack cheese, sliced Avocado, lettuce and roasted bell pepper.
Serve with your favorite soup or salad as a complete dinner, or with chips as a hearty lunch.
